Pizza Express - Tandridge

Staff need training on customer service very rude no manners while taking our order,everything was a big hassle for a family of five,got up and left..!!! Such a same as we love the food but manners cost nothing spoilt our evening out

The staff evidently don’t know the service steps and need better/more training. The service left a lot to be desired but the food was fine, I probably would avoid this place in the future if it wasn’t one of the only sit down places in...the Valley.

We ate here Wednesday early evening with our family. Good food and very friendly staff as usual. The children always enjoy their food here. Good atmosphere.

This is our first visit to pizza express since lockdown and we took advantage of the eat out to help out scheme. We booked a table in advance and were warmly greeted by the waiter who explained to us how the new ordering process worked....As I have generally found with pizza express, the food is of consistent quality, kids are well catered for and the atmosphere is bustling without being too noisy. This occasion lived up to those expectations with the added benefit of being cheaper with the government subsidy which made the meal incredible value for money. Will definitely be returning before the end of August...

Went to pizza express after a while due to lockdown and were reassured by the friendliness of the staff. Especially our waitress for the evening, (long blonde hair, glasses and a black face mask) who was very natural and welcoming; just what was needed! Thank...you!
