Wendy's - Tampa

Jason was incredible, talking to me as if he was a waiter in a restaurant, not only a random fast food chain, definitiw deserves something as I am sure he treats every customer on this wise, I am not the kind of person to ever leave reviews, whether his good or bad experience, but I felt the necessity.

I ordered a pretzel bacon pig and it was missing the fried crispy wobble. the fries were soft and not crispy and fresh as advertised. Normally this place is not disappointed. Hopefully this is just a fuke and not a trend.

That's the worst place I've ever been past. they literally saw me wait 10 minutes in register and did not want to take my order. About 7-10 employees always said we were with them. it's annoying and they haven't gotten any more money from me. I will use myself for the terrible service. no eating is worth it.

From a 5-star review to a star. Waiting times are extremely long and my last few orders were awfully cold. is going to another place to get hot pommes as advertised and also not taken. seems likely to stay out of the bag to avoid a complaining? or really forget?

Worst Wendy’s in Tampa They lock the front door whenever they feel like it which is odd, and then make people wait 30min for items that take no time at all to make regardless if you have one employee or five. It’s almost on purpose. Something or someone has to give at some point….or will it be to late?
