Usually fantastic, but tonight I ordered a basic double stack for my dog and when I got home, it was loaded with toppings! And to top it off, they refused to answer the phone when I tried to call and complain!

Don't forget to request ketchup through the drive-thru speaker and at the window, or else they might forget to give you any.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant with cold fries right after breakfast. How is that possible?! It seems like I always have bad experiences here. Additionally, the staff didn't wipe off the lid or the drink cup, causing soda to spill everywhere. Next time, I will just use the drive-thru. If my fries are not hot and my drink is not properly prepared, I will not hesitate to ask them to fix it. This level of service is unacceptable. If you don't enjoy your job, find a new one!

I ordered a baked potato and it was burnt. I was on my 30 minute lunch break and I didn't have time to go back.

Had the new cookie ice cream it was very good especially since it was on special today
