It took 20 minutes to receive my sandwich. It wasn't a big deal, but the service was slow, probably because they were playing music over the speakers. The employee didn't say anything when they handed me my sandwich, and then rudely muttered "you're welcome, God". I'll be going elsewhere from now on.
Bought a Buffalo chicken wrap and had hardly any meat in it. mostly salate and wrap. one before another, and it was good, so I bought one again.
I really enjoy the fresh, healthy, and fast high-quality food at Wawa. I also appreciate the variety of snacks and drinks they offer. However, over the past six weeks, I have noticed that the cleanliness at the Wawa location in the Tampa area has not improved. It seems like the surfaces at the entrance, windows, and especially the bathrooms have not been properly cleaned in months, or even years. Despite the great quality of the food, it is important for a restaurant to maintain a clean environment for its customers. It is not too much to ask for the bathrooms to be clean and not offensive to our senses, and for touched surfaces to be cleaned more frequently. This would be a simple way to show appreciation for customers' continued support.
Coffee machines out, place is a busy messy, and the employees don't care to help. Just robots making food. Ordered beforehand to make it easier. Barely toasted piece of paper, couldn't put anymore of it in my mouth.
