Sushi Ninja Tampa

Their servers are always giving great energy. I personally believe they have some of the best staff I have seen in a restaurant. The food is always amazing and the drinks are really good. The volcano and Godzilla rolls are so good, highly recommend. I have only had sushi here and my wife and I get 5 rolls every time we go.

This iiis the worst restaurant experience I ever had been, I would not recommend this place to my friends and family we waited for simple appetizer for over 30 minutes, which we have to find for our server before he went and get our appetizer, then our miso soup were cold . Then our main entrees was served with no silverware, we had to go to the counter to get our own. Our server came and get our order and since then he disappeared, I give a rating of this restaurant (0)

So I never coming back to this restaurant ever again. It has changed! Don't waste your time or money here. Our food took forever and is was marginal at best. My one child had to wait for her food long after the rest of us received ours. Noone checked on us ever. I has to find soy sauce. Napkins, and chop sticks from the restaurant take out. I then had to bus my own table and gran my own takeout boxes. This was an absolute nightmare. When I complained after I had to track down the bill from the take out guy....they didn't even care a bit.

Specifically asked for a booth, was advised by the front hostess that was unavailable because he did not have the time. Five minutes later two other young women came in and he sat them in the same booth that he said he was not able to clean. Horrible customer service. Sat at the busiest most highly trafficked table in the entire restaurant and not once was I offered even a water.

Recently visited with family members for a celebration. The moment we entered there was a foul smell. We were willing to ignore the smell because we remembered the food was above average.The host, a young man in his twenties with medium length dirty blonde hair, displayed absolutely horrible customer service…he was condescending, disrespectful, and believed he could tell us whatever he wanted and however he wanted and that we would need to comply with what he wanted us to do, which we absolutely had no issues with simply to wait. All of us wait at restaurants all the time. It was the manner in which he spoke to us and how he felt empowered and unashamed to be disrespectful and condescending to customers that caused us to leave and spend our $250 dollars just down the road at a wonderful alternative restaurant Sa Ri One which was a 5 star experience all around!This experience was so distasteful we would not recommend the restaurant to anyone. I’ve never felt this way about any restaurant. So I don’t take this lightly that I’m putting this post out there for all to see.
