Sarge's Smokehouse Bbq - Tampa

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. We hired their food truck for a community event, but they ran out of buns halfway through. It took over an hour for me to receive my order, which was a dry pulled pork sandwich and only one side. They had run out of Mac n Cheese and didn't offer me an alternative side. By the time I ordered, they had also run out of green beans. Despite offering three types of meat and six sides, the service was slow and seemed unprepared. The staff serving lacked any personality. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.

I was extremely disappointed with this restaurant. It doesn't even smell like barbecue. You can hear the microwave turn on when you place your order because that's how they heat up the food. I just had a meal there today and I will never return or recommend it to anyone. All I wanted was a refund.

Delicious and consistent everytime! We've ordered their ribs, BBQ boats, pulled pork sandwich, and nearly every side. (Love the green beans mac cheese). Their sweet, spicy and mustard sauces are all yummy! In the food industry its extremely hard to get things the same everytime. Sometimes you'll go into a place and its great next time, not so much. Extremely pleased the past few times we've ordered from here.

I was in town for business and came across this place on Trip Advisor, and I'm glad I did! I couldn't decide what to order, so I went with the Sampler Platter (4 meats, 2 sides) and everything was excellent, especially the chicken (which is usually my least favorite). They had a variety of sauces to choose from, all served on the side. I highly recommend trying the Mustard Sauce if you enjoy mustard-based sauces. The ribs had a nice smoke ring and tasted delicious. I definitely plan on returning.
