Pdq Tampa (waters Ave)

Worst PDQ I've been there before. The chicken had to sit there for an hour. When I complained, I was pretty sure that the only thing they did was drop it back to heat up. Big had to get my money back because the chicken went to the garbage. Very disappointed,

I was charged for a specialty milkshake that I did not order. I politely informed the cashier that I was charged for a milkshake I did not order and she proceeded to give me a ?refund?. I never received a refund after I was told I would. Also, I came in when they first opened and received old cold fries. The fries were extremely salty and hard. Overall, I was overcharged for a milkshake I never ordered and horrible fries.

Disappointed : ordered my food through the app , went inside to pick it up and nobody said a word to me , it was not busy yet nobody took the time to even say ?hi?, ?thanks?, nothing! I get back to work and open my food to find that half of my nuggets were burnt and way too crispy to eat, it looked like they were fried a second time and then added to the ?fresh? nuggets . The French fries also looked old and possibly fried a second time.

Fantastic. Cali salad with the chocolate shake was just the bomb. I couldn't get enough of that Cali bowl. Everything was so fresh. The broccoli was actually crunchy and not some boiled mush. Will definitely return!

Great place for lunch. Fast and friendly service. Very clean. I had the honey butter chicken sandwich and it was great. My wife had the crispy chicken sandwich and it was great. We also tried the zucchini fries and peanut butter shack. All good.
