Hungry Howie's Pizza - Tampa

Anyone who follows my reviews knows that I am both positive and sad negative when it is so appropriate. Too bad about Hungry Howie 's Citrus Park. Over an hour and half to get a delivery if we are only 3 minutes away this afternoon. This is not our first time with problems with this particular location, but we are firmly convinced that everyone deserves a second chance and we can very forgive. I understand that you can be busy at 1:30 a.m. on a Saturday and you may even be a few drivers, but tell customers this when they call for delivery. Please don't tell me my order will come in 45! Minutes and I find myself calling after an hour and then tell me that the driver is on the way. Then another 15 or 20 minutes later, when I call back, remember that I am not the bad person here. I'm just looking for a straight answer when I can expect my delivery. Perhaps this would have been a good opportunity to admit that you were slammed and you did not know a full crew or enough riders. If you say in your own words, I swear to you that the driver is on the way, and I have no reason to lie to you that raises RED flags when I did not ask if you were truly with me. Funny that if the driver finally arrives with the delivery, he says he was a little back, but that he was just given the order a few minutes ago and he would have someone call to do this. So who's honest with me? Possibly the driver or it is the young person who spoke to me from the beginning to the end now 3 times on the phone. I suppose we never have the answer, but I know that this will not happen again.

For some reason, my order is always confused when I get the delivery. Tonight I ordered a Sub and a 2 L Pepsi Zero. My driver took the sub, but forgot the two liters. Huge inconvenience for me because I knew it would take a long time before she came back, but I understand that the stakes are happening. So I ate my underpants without drinking. She came back over half an hour later with a room temperature diet Pepsi. She obviously didn't read the ticket twice. Unacceptable.

Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 with pepperoni and the other chicken bacon Ranch. Both pizzas had seasoned crusts. We both enjoyed pizzas. The service was fast and the staff was friendly.
