Dunkin' - Tampa

Space was empty, but still wait a few minutes inside before someone came to take my order. then I was informed that I could not order what I wanted because they cleaned the machine at 17 o'clock.

This is the absolute worst Dunkin. They aren't really nice and they never serve food. There is always something like the oven is down or some other reason... won't be going here again.

This is the WORST Dunkin I’ve EVER been too, you can literally tell these employees exactly what you would like in your beverage they still mess it up every single time, even if you do Uber eats or door dash where it’s literally printed out every detail of the order at least mine is they still can’t get it right. You try to call talk to someone about this, they just give you a hard time. You can tell this staff doesn’t want to work and doesn’t care about the work place, makes the company look bad definitely makes customers rather travel further for a beverage than have to deal with incompetence at every visit.

Had trouble getting my free drink from the app here. Drive thru line is so long. Best thing about here is the avocado toast.

I don't know what the problem is with this Dunkin location, but they literally do cannot make really drink. they can give them an accurate breakdown of everything they want in their drink and somehow they can screw it up. my drinks always taste terrible and are made wrong, bagels are always burned/rockproof, hath browns are soggy, just a waste of money overall. do not even stop at this place, they are better off to another dunkin location or better still go to dieucks. at least at dieucks they only pay about 1$2 more and get qualitatiw high quality drinks exactly as they want.
