Church's Texas Chicken - Tampa

The chicken was always good here, but recently the chicken has no taste at all. Like literally, they fried the chicken from the box, baked and fried deep. Where is the subtle saltiness and buttermilk soup that makes the meat juicy and tender? The cookies were also hard as a rock with very economical honey butter drizzled over it. I'm very disappointed. Churches Chicken traditionally had good chicken, but it will never be able to shake its low quality and sloppy image if it is not better to manage its quality control. It also starts searching for a way to find employees who will be proud of what they do instead of getting people who do not motivated or take care of doing a good job.

Can I give zero stars because this location deserves negative. They didn?t want to add on a drink at the window they can?t add on she says. 2 different people got on the speaker rushing us for this order nothing comes with a side that?s not mashed potatoes. Alright then. Rude rude people not one person in the drive thru except us. Will never come back here I wish I could drive my truck into the building that?s how rude your employees are to customers who pay to eat so that they have a job

I've recently started visiting the Church's location after the one on Hillsborough Ave closed down nearly a year ago. The employees here including management are HORRIBLE. They are not friendly and act as if the customers are bothering them. It's almost as if they're robots.They don't exhibit any personality and sense of urgency. They don't greet you or thank you. I've greeted them. first and never get a response. But I can say is that the chicken is always hot and delicious. e UPDATE: The Hillsborough location has been closed for about a year.

If I could give less stars I would. The food was colder than my hot tea. The chicken looked like it was not cooked long enough. One piece of chicken was wet. The fries were hard and cold. Somehow I got okra mixed up with my fries not a bad thing. The service was good nice young lady at the window. Ordered a apple pie I must say that was a hot apple pie. It was so hot that they cook the inside out. Can I say I will not return there. Now I know why they were not busy during lunch hour!!!

Food was bad tried to call the restaurant and no pick up. The chicken on my chicken sandwich was very old and they did not use chicken breast they used dark meat chicken.
