Carrabba's Italian Grill - Tampa

Great experience! Hate to go to a restaurant w 30 min till close however I was once a waiter and decided to give it a go. Fella had a great attitude and I believe we made his night w a great bonus to end on! Great way to hustle till the end!!! First time at carrabas will def be back again!

I love Carrabba’s but this location was very disappointing because of the waitress and absence of Apple Pay. Waitress forgot our order twice, she did not give us the plates for appetizers, drinks had no decorations at all (in other locations there are always some decorations like fruits and rosemary on Christmas drinks). Will not go to this location again.

I have to share that I have had hands down 10 stars experience with Lexi!!! She has been beyond amazing with helping me with my catering orders and she is always available regardless of the time of day it is. It will be after hours, but she always manages to make herself available. She is so helpful and informative and really cares to help me each and every time. Her kindness and customer service skills are the perfect example of what an employee who really cares and values her work looks like!! Thank you Lexi for being so amazing and making it easy for me to choose Carrabbas as my preferred choice for catering for my doctor’s offices!! Ana Pharmaceutical Rep

This location is the best I have ever been to. My server was in training, but she was really good, she was very nice and very kind. Also her brother took care of us and he was super nice.

Nick and Mike minetti were so kind to me, gave me a full description of lunch menu and answered every question I asked them. Great job!!
