Bidra med feedbackI ordered a beef burger but received a chicken burger instead. They said it would take another 20 minutes to make the correct burger. I was confused as we were the only customers in the restaurant at that time, which was still midday. The fries that came with the first burger were cold and clearly leftover. The second burger came with fresh fries at least. The beef patty was dry and flavorless. The slaw on the side was finely chopped cauliflower with a side of mayo. The $25 price for these burgers seemed unreasonable. They need to hire a better cook. The service was a mix of friendly and rude. The friendly staff doesn't make up for the disappointing experience.
This is a lovely restaurant with a stunning location and fresh air. It's perfect for families and outdoor races! The lamb dish was good, but the blackened dishes were not enjoyable - they lacked flavor and had a strange texture, possibly due to being deep-fried.
The level of courtesy at this restaurant was subpar. When I asked a staff member for a table, they showed me to one that was supposedly available. However, when I tried to get water from the water station, it was empty. The staff informed me that they had run out of refilled water, which was quite shocking for a food establishment. We proceeded to order our food and reserved the table by having someone sit there while our other family member paid. However, we later found out that the table was supposedly reserved, even though we had been given permission to sit there by a staff member. Despite multiple attempts to explain the situation to the manager, she was unhelpful and dismissive. She even suggested that we eat outside instead. It was clear that she lacked proper training in handling customer concerns and was not fit for a managerial role. In the end, she offered to refund our money just to get rid of us. Despite our children being hungry and thirsty, we decided to stay and eat. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this establishment and would not recommend it, especially to those with medical issues. The manager's unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service skills were unacceptable. I hope the management takes urgent action to address this issue before it results in further negative reviews. The way they handled the situation reflects poorly on the business as a whole. It is unfortunate that they accused us of wrongdoing when we had simply followed their staff's instructions. I advise others to steer clear of this establishment.
Very disappointed! there was given a table to lunch and after taking the food order and each waiting on the table, then we were told that we were moving as they had given the same table to another family. then they totally refused to offer another table, even after they were told about medical problems, a person could not sit outside on the grass. the manager was completely rude and has no idea how to react to their customers. extremely bad customer support and extremely unorganized and has no idea that older people are not able to sit outside on the floor, and the attitude of the manager was exaggerated, rude and miserable. they avoid costing this facility to all unless they want to be treated worse than the animals on this plot.
Where do I start! Location is beautiful! Food is ammazzzinggg Staff (especially Emily) were fantastic! Pony rides from I think 9am-12pm on the weekends Feeding the turtles in the river is a must! And feeding the deer and alpacas! Can't forget seeing peppa the big...pig! Such a beautiful and rustic feel. We will definitely be back
