Taco Bell has forgotten who the customer is. You decided not to give change back but require exact change or debit card or charge card. That is insane to ask us to have exact change. My order would have been $3.42. If you think you are debiting my debit or charge card account for such a little amount is right. Then you deserve to loose customers. Your food is not that special to put your customers through those hoops for $3.42. You lost me forever. I went right across the street to Burger King and order a value meal for $5.25 and was given change back for a $20.00 bill. They get who the customer is. Also you drive thru attendants do not listen. You can't understand them and then they tell they can't hear you. Upgrade your system. Your employees must be frustrated.
Taco Bell is great place for a quick bite that is a healthier option for fast food. This location didn't disappoint. Just don't expect service with a smile, workers are tired.
I had been to this taco bell multiple times and it is usually fine but this time I found a black hair wrapped within the tortilla. I know for a fact it was not mine because of color and texture. I have a photo and video of it being just rolled up within the burrito but am unsure how to post it. Maybe it was a one time thing but be careful! EDIT: was able to add one picture but the hair was longer than shown as it?s wrapped within the layers of the burrito
Tried the new toasted cheddar chalupa it might have been good if they would have remembered how to make it. Out of the two that I got, one had maybe a teaspoon of meat in and the other one none. Where's the beef?!
