Mcdonald's - Tallahassee

Absolutely terrible service and an incredibly rude worker who refused to correct my order after they misunderstood it. only 4 cars in the line and it took 20 minutes to take our order. she told me I had to pull back through the line to correct my order. everything she had to do was to change our middle coks with a coffee. she argued what I had ordered and wanted me to wait 20 minutes?

20 minutes in the drive. that's at 2:30 o'clock! this location is on mahogan drive so I parked and went into a total of four employees if you want to call it. no greeting or any form of recognition. 15 minutes and still nada. there was this one girl with dead hair no hair net or any gloves. 15 minutes are waiting. they are all going to try to be busy. Finally I went shame on macdonald to serve such places, I will never go back again.

After giving it multiple tries it is by far one of the worst McDonald's. Disorganized, poor management, and slow service. Make sure if you want breakfast give yourself at least 20 minutes for breakfast because that's how long it takes sometimes and by the time you order the menu has changed.

Todays time. 29minutes for two cheese burgers and a coke. Does anyone at corporate pay attention??

Do yourself a favor and avoid this drive thru like the plague. The staff doesn’t know how to provide drive thru service. There are two lanes for ordering, and you have it hope that you picked the right one that day because they do not alternate and are likely to completely ignore your lane for 20 mins while the other lane’s cars drive by you with their orders. Even if they are alternating, you still have to wait a ridiculously long amount of time to place your order and then an even longer amount of time to receive it at the window. They are always having problems with their cash register or else the cashier doesn’t ever know what she is doing, one or the other. And don’t bother trying to order anything ice cream based, even though the items are advertised prominently on the menu, because the machine will NOT be working. The staff will not be courteous about any of this by the way. You should just be grateful you were able to drive away with food….
