Insomnia Cookies - Tallahassee

I have never screamed louder in my life. Ordered cookies through uber eats and they were set down outside. No knock or call or app update to let me know they were here. When I realized they were out there I brought them inside only for 3 giant roaches to jump out. The stickers sealing the boxes don't stop roaches. Please let your patrons know when something is delivered! Normally the app says when something is delivered, but yall never updated it to let me know. Even a slight knock would've alerted my dog to let me know. Horrible experience

I LUV this Cookie shop so much! I was craving those Churro filled cookies and White chocolate chip Macadamia nut cookies so bad, I left Albany 11p.m just to go get em! And yes they stay open until 3a.m. Ohh they always FRESH ND HOT! Yall better go try em if you haven't already!

My partner had been craving cookies for a while and we wanted to try someplace new. There were about five or six people behind the counter standing around and talking, with one woman at the registers. I asked for a sample of the coffee flavored ice cream and the woman at the register had to ask if she was allowed to give me a sample, I assume she was a new hire. It tasted good and she was very polite! We got home and my partner ate one cookie that night a few hours after purchasing and didn't really go crazy for it. However, a few nights later he found the other cookie in the back of the fridge, and after reheating, loves it!! So, long story short, eat your cookies warm! Either immediately after purchasing, or reheating on your own time! They definitely retain quality sealed in a ziplock in the fridge, and microwaving for a few seconds bring the flavor back to life. I didn't know I had to do the cookie magic deals via the app, the cashier was very accommodating and I was grateful . We had drove quite the distance to try these cookies and glad it wasn't a wasted trip. Thank you again ??
