Fanny's Garden Cafe - Tallahassee

Taylor is an excellent cook! I went here with an employee and our superior for a casual summer dinner, and we were all incredibly satisfied with the atmosphere, service and food. My superior and I had the southwest veggie quiche with a house salad I'm French, and I never had a smoother quiche. The salad was sweet and light to balance the spicy severity of the quiche, and the portions were perfect (big but not so large to have remnants when you are hungry). My staff asked Taylor to make some vegetarians; no olives, and with a fried tomatoes, please and received a fried green tomato burger with roasted vegetables and a kind of sauce on it. It looked amazing, and they enjoyed it very much. Your side of Pasta Salat (made with Orzo, and I believe Parmesan) also looked wonderful. The decor is sweet inside and on the veranda, May was a nice, polite server, and again the food was some of the best I had in Tallahassee. At a modest price (approximately $10/person including drinks, but not dessert) I am pleased to call Fanny's best lunch in Tallahassee!

We just drove through the city and saw this place that looked like a beautiful place to stop. We had no idea how wonderful it would be. The food was fantastic, the service was great, and we loved the atmosphere. I had the pasta with shrimps and my children had the hamburgers. We enjoyed the huge Jenga game especially as we were ready to go. We loved our little visit with you!

The journey from Havana is worth it! The food is excellent and the service is quick and friendly. Very recommended!

Went there for lunch today and it definitely won’t be the last! Everything was awesome! And the service was great! OMG! The shrimp and grits was so good! And the fried green tomatoes! Will definitely recommend!
