Bidra med feedbackFirst time customer review: I believe our customer service experience could've been better especially when I informed the employee it was our first time coming here so I wanted to know what the top sellers were so I can place my order but she seemed distracted and short with us as if we were bothering her even though we were the only ones in the shop. We only brought 1 ice cream cone and a few donuts just to try it out, and they were great. I wanted to order more, but the lack of customer service provided to us wasn't very welcoming, so we took our order and left despite me wanting to try some other things.I did notice the employee had a earbud in her ear which could have attributed to the lack of service we received due to her being distracted. When communicating with customers I don't believe earbuds should be in their ears since this can cause a barrier in communication, which it did. After the employee tends to the customers then they should put their earbuds back in their ears.This is just an opinion on what I believe would've given us a better experience. I hope we have a better experience next time.
Always have delightful flavors on their doughnuts. French toast is a particular favorite of mine.
It's close to my home and the doughnuts are wonderful. I hope they are here for a long time!

This is now my favorite donut stop. They are way better than Dunkin or crispy creme. They are little more expensive but they are very good and the staff is always amazing. I go through the drive thru and the young man that helps us is so sweet! My kids absolutely love them and we visit the North Monroe location. Keep up the good work!
