The best restaurant in tallah clusterassee hands down. it offers a unique ambiente and a feeling to be home. tristan offers a service that only fits from the top-Maître d’hôtel in the best restaurants in the world. he will take care of their needs and offer the best wein pairs. ryan is the Sous cook and creates the beautiful and amazing aromas that they would not expect in tallahassee. try to see his hair breast behind the kitchen window. I have eaten every single dish at least once and they are all fantastic. do not miss this place.

This meal was expensive and well worth it. I would expect food this good in Manhattan and on Chicago's Michigan Ave. The fillet of sole was spectacular. Very good wine. You must have reservations on weekend evenings or you will wait over an hour.

Wonderful experience and service! Decided to go out for a fancy dinner and Clusters Hops came up. They do not disappoint! Food was excellent and had a wonderful presentation for each dish. The service was impeccable as well. The only thing I could say about the experience, is I would like to see more cheese on the Cheese Board. That's a rather expensive cheese board for how little cheese you actually get. Other then that, the cheese was excellent! I highly recommend this place!

Nice bistro atmosphere, excellent food and service. Small, intimate place great for special date night or quiet dinner. A bit pricey but worth it if you enjoy fine dining.

Best food in town hands down. Excellent, inspired cuisine with unique ingredients only trained chefs know how to introduce. The cheeses and wines are of the best variety and quality you will find locally. To boot I proposed to my wife there years ago.
