Burger King - Tallahassee

To make matters worse, the server was rude from the beginning. I tried to speak to a manager about the missing sandwich, but was told that nothing could be done since I did not live in Tallahassee. It was extremely frustrating to receive such poor customer service and not even receive a gift card to make up for the mistake. Overall, the experience at this Burger King was terrible. The employees were rude and unhelpful, the service was slow, and our order was incorrect. I would advise others to avoid this location if they want to avoid a similar experience.

I would give negative stars if possible. My family and I decided to stop at this restaurant for dinner and went through the drive-thru. We decided to order a new menu item that was prominently displayed on the menu, but the woman taking our order said they didn't have it. I pointed out that it was listed on the menu, but she insisted they didn't have it. When I tried to describe the item to her, she rudely cut me off and said she had already told me they didn't have it. Her attitude was unpleasant from the start. If you're not good with people and have issues with employment, why work in customer service? I was never rude and I did not appreciate being treated that way. Burger King really needs to evaluate their employees' customer service skills or they will lose customers like me.

The staff at this restaurant seemed indifferent and unattentive. Despite having to repeat my order three times to the cashier on the intercom, my food still ended up missing fries and my sandwich was prepared incorrectly. It was a complete waste of my lunchtime. I didn't have the time to go back and have my order corrected, so I ended up going hungry.

Good hired. that was a bit salty. next time we won't ask a salt. clean restaurant and bathroom.

Waited in drive thru to give them my order for 15 minutes and no one would take it. I asked the 2 cars behind me to move so I could back out and all 3 of us left to go to Whataburger. Won't be back, this Burger King is horrible!
