Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

One of the better Zaxby?s. Usually gets the order correct.

Worst zaxbys I have ever been to always wrong order and long waiting. Got told it would be a 8 min wait on grilled chicken waited 30 min and got fried chicken and no sauce I asked for. First time I went my order was wrong as well. Definitely nothing like the zaxbys where I'm from in Florida. Staff looks unmotivated and looks like they would rather be somewhere else.

Fast, friendly service. Food was good, although the coleslaw was a bit dry.

I don't usually complain, I know that mistakes happen but over the course of a couple years I've been to the talladega location almost weekly, and more times than not my order is screwed up,,missing items always, and always told to pull forward and wait...I don't mind waiting for fresh food, but at least get the order right..if you are going to charge premium prices then please give premium service. I live 15 miles from this location and going back is not a option. Tonight was missing 2 orders of fries and a basket of toast..I work in retail also, and this kind of customer service is unacceptable. My order was nothing special, chicken and fries..how hard can it be???

The few times I?ve been to this location the food is always wrong and quite honestly disgusting. I work fast food myself so I can give a little leeway if it happened once but the food is always old, fries unseasoned, lack of product, no forks or napkinsin the bag and I cannot excuse this locations lack of care put into the food they?re serving to people. I am not one to complainat all because like I said I myself work fast food and mistakes happen daily but this isn?t a mistake it?s lazy and lack ofcaring. Location needs to shut down at this point.
