How can we ever forget the calves to the gray truffle (the beech wood)profumatissimo!e che portion (see photo). the apartment is very nice, rooms and cooks to the hand. wine of the factor that leaves the mouth dry and fresh! We stopped at this place because it was on the road. And it was really a discovery: everything really good! With the cutting board we ate in three and both sliced and cheese were super. Then we took a cut to the head and two contours (the baked onions by ten). Half liter of house wine, a water two coffee spent €22.50 per head. In short quality excellent price and kindness of the staff also.
This place, although slightly modernized, recalls the old village workshop where it was found of everything; and it is still (Bar, Tabacchi, Food, etc... ; including a good espresso dish. Simply perfect. Without frills, genuine like his kitchen and the products used. Good wine and so much sociality, rare, now everywhere! Very recommended.... and when you leave you will surely have met new friends.
