Pizza Movers - Takoma Park

This place is fantastic - a true pizza joint straight out of the late 80s or early 90s. They haven't changed a thing in 30 years.

The pizza at this restaurant was delicious and had a true New York flavor. I think the negative reviews stem from the fact that this is a simple, no-frills local pizza joint. Not everything in Takoma Park has to meet a high-class standard. If you're looking for a more upscale dining experience, there are plenty of other options in Takoma that cater to that. Let the people enjoy their pizza here.

Do not order the first pizza from this place. The pizza had too much tomato sauce and was overcooked. When we spoke to the manager about our dissatisfaction, he refused to make it right. I will not recommend this place to anyone. We also found out that they only cook their pizzas for 6 minutes. Yuck!
