Unprofessional and bad service! Came her one year ago already. Both times food came 1hour later while everyone else had finished their meal already. This time, After my partner reminded the waitress 2 times that my meal had not arrived, the chef/owner brought the dish himself with a very bad attitude, told my partner that this place sells food, not service! Very unprofessional attitude! Blaming his reaction for his kitchen being to hot and his mentor being agitated in the kitchen... Absolutely not acceptable as a customer! Not a cheap place to eat and very bad atmosphere created by this situation. I have never in my entire life experienced such a situation! While the owner blamed his waitress and his previous mentor, at no point he apologized to my partner for being rude and offensive. I didn't think i would ever encounter such a situation in tainan, this was a first! Big NO to this good looking place. Respect is owned, not bought!
Ig: foodie_foxx B.O.P, one of the cozy, beautiful and pleasant places in tainan, I will not this as an expensive place seggrate, but one of the posh places in tainan. the owner is so dope and so interesting, man, a very interactive and friendly person. they have one of the luxurious T.W.G tea in their. I would recommend to everyone to try that cocktails and drinks are very reasonable compared to the other bars. we ordered 1. black truffle gnocchi with steak on the side of the olive oil gnocchi was perfectly caramelized, and the oil was evenly distributed the steak, steak was medium seldom boiled, the meat was so soft and tasty, recommend this dish for sure, really worth every penny. even the mushrooms were perfectly cooked. 2. dalmore aged 12 years, waskey best whisky with the steak to drink. 3. mojito lemon and mint leaves were perfectly mixed with the around. perfect sweet and zitrus aromas were intended for the one around. 4. Cuban cigar has been for decades. I had a Cuban cigar; it was the perfect finish for dinner. when they go on Friday night, they have the opportunity to listen to live jazz music from young musicians. excellent service, best place for a couple and date nights. enjoy ur food and have fun bon appetit fellows peace

I am writing this review on our service this evening, 9 July, 2019. From the beginning I had high hopes based on the external appearance of the establishment. It’s a beautiful restaurant both inside and out. This is where the pleasantness ends. We walked in and the server acted as if she couldn’t care if we were there or not. She seated us and then took an extended time to come for our orders. She didn’t inform us of any soups that were offered with the sets. We had to ask about every individual piece of our orders. After we ordered it took them 20 minutes to bring 5 drinks. It is important to note that we were the only customers at the time. When the food came, it came in the most random order, with horrible times in between delivery. When we asked about this, the chef/owner confronted one of us with”It is ready now! Do you want to eat or not?” This was upon the second time of us asking for risotto, an hour after ordering. The chef then came down and proceeded to blame us, and completely ignored the woman he verbally accosted earlier. He then offered the plate of risotto for free, but blamed his “mentor” for the way he spoke and acted, along with the “high temp” of his kitchen. He then proceeded to offer us a cheap bottle of wine and shots for the men only, while trying to make small talk and apologize (again, only to the men) and hope could smooth things over. You’ll see this is probably the only negative review I have ever left. This restaurant absolutely earned it.
