Southside Drive-in - Tahlequah

Bad service be prepare to just wait there until they feel ready to take your order.. must of just stood there for 5 minute while the cashier walk around won’t ever be back just go to McDonald’s or something it’s a lot better on customer service

Came in from out of town. (La Porte TX) My first time to visit and the food was delicious. Service was extraordinary! Super friendly associates with great attitudes. Thank you so much.

Worst service ever. Long time customer and won't ever be back. Was advised it would be a 25 minute wait was fine with that. After an hour of waiting and watching vehicle after vehicle get their order, i decided to go inside to see what was going on. nobody acted like they knew what was going on with my order. Then after digging through tickets they advised it had been taken out I advised nobody has been outside the truck that was behind me had gone inside because he had not received his order either. They came to the conclusion they had gave my order to someone else. I asked for a manager and was advised no manager is on at night time (what kind of business does not have a manager on shift or available). I advised them I wanted a refund they finally they gave it back to me. Highly disappointed in an establishment that use to be a great place to go to and has been a beacon in Tahlequah for so long. I won't be back. If I could leave a negative star review I would.

Love this place. Burgers, fries, and homemade ranch are awesome! Home cooked taste at a very affordable price. Try their signature ice cream topping krunch coat. Amazing! Takes a few extra minutes to make food, worth the wait.

Took 35 minutes to get a chicken salad and onion rings. It was not bad food, it was just okay. Decent pricing, but the wait time was just insane. The girl at the drive through was a sweetheart though.
