Shawarma Guys BGC - Taguig

I'll start by saying that this is a self-service restaurant. Although it's an Indian-style restaurant, the atmosphere is not. My friend and I ordered a shawarma plate with rice, as well as hummus with pita bread to start. The hummus was quite nice, but the shawarma was just okay for me. I think the white sauce they use didn't give me the flavor I was hoping for. However, I ended up finishing everything and overall, Shawarma brothers did a good job.

I was thrilled to hear that a new shawarma restaurant was opening soon in Stopover BGC. I decided to have dinner there on its soft opening day. I didn't have to wait long to be served, as there were many customers eager to try the new restaurant. However, I was disappointed when my order arrived. I was expecting shawarma beef similar to what I have seen in malls - tender, juicy, and flavorful. Instead, the shawarma meat seemed more like tapa and was cooked on a griller, resulting in it being too oily. The rice accompanying the dish also did not meet my expectations. Overall, I was not satisfied with the taste of the food.

The fake bark kebab at this restaurant was disappointing. It was not charcoal grilled and the sauce was too sharp and hot. Overall, it was not a good experience and left me feeling sad and let down.

I was so excited the moment I found out that there's a shawarma resto that will be soon to open in stopover BGC, I decided to have my dinner on their soft opening day. At first, I didn't mind waiting that long because there's a lot of customer who's excited to try the new resto. So when my order came, i was just bit disappointed coz I was expecting shawarma beef like what we usually saw in the mall, that little burned fat and juicy and tasty. Well, it seems that their beef is like tapa and cooked in a griller, it's too oily as well as the rice. I'm not that satisfied with the taste. :(

Fake beef + fake sauce= fake beef kebab. not charcoal grilled, half small tomato very spicy hot sauce, no good, not at all.. sad and disappointed.
