Tulli's Family Pizza - Taftville

Tulli's Parmesan cheese curds are the most delicious cheese curds you ever have. It's a must when you come here to eat.

Thinking about this wonderful pizza shop while I'm back home in Alabama and I miss Tulli's ! Best meatball sandwich I've had East of the Mississippi, love the Pizzas and pasta and bread , the Burgers and sandwiches are on point every time, and the sweet tater fries oh yeah. Thanks Tulli's, I will bring my family back through this area just for your beautiful food restaurant and family also. Oh I didn't mention breakfast ! Wow

I decided to try this place primarily because I was really excited about the boneless wings option. Everything else on the menu was quite good, but the boneless wings were a huge disappointment on three separate occasions (I ordered two servings of ten). I could never make up my mind about the sauce. The wings were so tough that I couldn't even cut them with a metal fork. At least the first two orders were warm, but by the last time, I was unsure if I was eating boneless wings or frozen beef jerky. They do provide a generous amount of ranch dip, but there was never enough sauce on the nuggets themselves. Honestly, save your $10 and skip the wings! Instead, go for a grinder—they've always been great!

The food arrived quickly and was very fresh. I would definitely order from them again. The only downside is their delivery policy. The driver mentioned that they aren't required to come inside the building, so customers have to meet them at the door. It’s not a huge inconvenience, but it can be a bit tricky when you have a toddler! I had just picked up the food on the way home to save on delivery and the driver’s tip.

This is a takeout review during the COVID-19 pandemic. All the food was enjoyed fresh in the car. I ordered meatballs and a pepperoni pizza. The meatballs were beautifully prepared, tender, and juicy, although they could have benefited from being served a bit faster. However, both the meatballs and sauce were quite salty. The pizza was decent, but not exceptional. It had a fluffy crust, nice paprika, and good sauce. The staff was really friendly and kind. On a scale of 0-10, I would rate this experience a 6.4.
