The Cheesecake Factory - Tacoma

The only reason why I give 2 stars is because the takeout container is not microwave safe. They did not say anything about this. So The Leftovers I had turned into a piling plastic and food mush. When we were there in the restaurant, the food was great service was great. Please let your customers know. Containers are not microwave safe.

Cheesecake Factory was one of my favorite restaurants but this last visit my husband and I made was sadly disappointing: It’s a great place and the food still had a great taste, it’s just that I used to tell everyone that their prices were fair for their big food portions. I used to be able to have left overs for a meal at home that’s how good their portions were, but not this time. My dish which was the shrimp scampi came with 6 shrimp for $28. I really don’t think that In such a high economy the right thing to do is to raise prices and downsize the food portions, it just isn’t fair. Specially when we chose to wait for a whole hour and a half to be seated.

Where do I begin. After waiting over an hour just to get our appetizer it arrived flavorless and barely warm. Then we were told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes for our food to arrive. We had a schedule to keep so had to cancel our order. Should have known when we saw multiple people sitting around us sending their food back because it was poor quality. I wake up this morning and me and my pregnant wife now have violent food poisoning from their poorly prepaired food. Don't waste your time with this particular Cheesecake Factory. I've been to several and never had this problem anywhere else but this one.

Our server Kelsey was amazing!! She double checked to make sure my daughters food was free of her dairy allergy. Next time we go back we are going to ask for her.

Giving two stars purely for the cheesecake. Just got takeout from here and I am shocked. I spent well over $100 and this tastes like microwaved food. The chicken Alfredo is almost identical to the Healthy Choice microwave meals from the grocery store. Not a picky eater at all and we didn’t even finish our meals. Low quality and high prices. What happened to this place?
