Taco Bell - Tacoma

I’ve been here 3 times, and every time our order got messed up. Food is always stale, cold, doesn’t taste fresh. Employee‘s were rude. Our family loves Taco Bell but don’t know why this location is so difficult

I'm blown away by how god awful this place is. I did a mobile app order and went through the drive thru for pickup, and 3 out of 5 items were missing. THREE. so I park and go inside. 4 employees were in the lobby (on break I presume? and I must've been at the counter for 6 minutes before someone approached me even though they acknowledged me when I first walked up. Got my missing items and went home. The food was absolutely horrible. I had to eat my crunchy taco with a fork because it was so soggy that I could literally slice it like butter. The quarter size drop of meat on my crunchwrap was also great. Why would you work somewhere if you're going to apply this little effort and make things worse for everyone who encounters you? wow.

The lobby was quite messy, but the staff was courteous and the food was piping hot (except the fries, they were cold and stale). Other than that, the special order item that I got was delicious and just to my liking!

I don't always like eating here because something seems to be always missing and/or the food is such a mess when we open it. I went recently and Vaden was very friendly and attentive. We got all of our food the first time and it was delicious!

So came here late to grab dinner for my boys and the line was all the way around the building and back out the parking lot. After sitting for over 10 mins and not seeing a single car leave the drive thru whatsoever I decided to leave and go to the even never taco bell by my house. Usually I have good results here but not this time.
