Jubilee Burgers - Tacoma

If I could give zero stars, I would. I don?t want to ever eat here again! My first time eating at Jubilee on Easter 2022 around 6:30pm. The girl with the very short hair at the register had a hostile attitude. She informed me that the restaurant wasclosing in 20 minutes but still proceed to take my order. Very stern when telling me they did not sell bacon along with a longlists of other things as they ?weren?t on the menu?. I left without looking in my bag since I only ordered a cheeseburger mealand was the only customer at the time I ordered. I go to eat my burger and there is what seems like scraps of another patty???On my burger. If this is how THIN your business sells their cheeseburgers then I believe the price should be reconsidered! And Iwould not chose to ever spend my money nor dine in for this!!! It was thinner than a cheeseburger off the dollar menu atMcDonald?s. I usually would go to Burger ranch across the street, but they were closed so I decided to try another reputableburger place. I am upset and am now choosing to do this review being that my burger was basically lettuce and onions and I didnot enjoy it? if the woman taking orders and the cook (a guy) did not want to cook my order then she should have turn me awaythe minute she opened her mouth to me!

Best burgers and milkshakes I've ever had! I hate myself for not coming here sooner. This place was so deliciously satisfying, I came back again the next day to get my fix, (2 cheeseburgers and a Mountain Dew. The burger(s are a blissful mix between In and Out and a Big Mac on steriods. Everything here is made with love. Try the Blackberry milkshake!!! This place has old school vibes, almost like it belongs in a classic 80's movie. Employees are really cool, inside is clean/nice, and the prices are decent. The only small negative to this place was the bathrooms, a bit messy but usable to wash your hands. Solid 5 stars. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Compared to the burger joint across the street... I'd say their fry sauce is top notch. Jubilee has oreo shakes which are my favorite flavor. Fries be hot crispy every time with good cones as well. My only wish is they had added bacon to their menu. Just moved to the Lincoln district and this place is already a regular of mine. Many thanks and see you soon

I really love the food here. The shakes are pretty bomb and the burgers are wonderful.

Nostalgie. The mood, food, music and staff brings back many great memories when life was simple. The burgers, fries and soft ice cream are delicious. The burgers remember the one-n-out while the frits are crispy and perfectly fried. The fry sauce is amazing and the soft serving is standard BUT served to be great, which is a treat. I recommend ordering a small cone as these are made really big. Customer service is top notch! In particular, an employee with whom my family and I like to interact is the short dark-skinned guy with glasses. He has the unique ability to make the customer truly welcome as he shares his personal interests and stories that people usually feel vulnerable, especially in modern times, but this is an exception. His professionalism, personality and maturity will take him far in life, guaranteed. Keep the outstanding work! All in all, I recommend this fast food restaurant!
