Ihop - Tacoma

Slow service. Tried to get coffee for 15 minutes. Food wasn't hot.

We had an awesome waiter who made our girls lunch superb. You don 't often get good service these days but he was so friendly and helpful, my two year old even stated 'thats a nice man! ' and she 's very shy. Lol.

They need more staff. The waiting for seats was very long when there were plenty of open tables. The food is good, but it takes forever to get service.

Employees here are always overworked and understaffed!! Can 't comment on the average tasting food because I was WAY TOO focused on the broken and absolutely filthy toilets in the women 's restroom!!! Of the 3 stalls, one had a out of order sign on it. One had disgusting female bodily fluids all over the seat. Leaving I stall for every female patron that morning. What blew me away was I reported the concern to one of the two people hanging out inside the hostess stand. She went with me to take a look. He reply was, No one 's coming in to clean, and I 'm not doing it. Gross IHOP!! SHAME ON YOU!!

Food was delicious, restrooms seemed clean but floors were sticky. Parking lot had lots of trash.
