Abella Pizzeria - Tacoma

Abella pizzeria is a gem in the heart of Tacoma. The pizza taste great and the atmosphere is so chill. The staff is very laid back as well. I love it so much I had to pick up a pizza for my 40th birthday. Thanks guys!

Great food, but anytime I order extra mushrooms for nearly $4 I'm lucky to only get about one extra mushroom that has been sliced super thin and spread out. Last time I checked a pound of mushrooms costs about $3.99. So at least gives me an 1/8lb 2 ounces. Like I said the food tastes great but for some reason mushrooms are an issue. I'm including a pic of a pizza I just ordered with extra mushrooms, there's literally slices that have no mushrooms. But still really good food, just don't expect the toppings that you might think.

We love coming here for absolutely delicious pizza, calzones, and sub sandwiches. It's not New York but in terms of vibe and food quality, it's the one that comes closest in Tacoma. There's a LOT of good pizza in Tacoma but this place is modest and you'd never know by looking just how good the food will be. Bonus points for serving single slices every weekday before 3 for the neighborhood high school students from the School of the Arts. Kid-friendliness: A perfect place to bring kids. Super casual and spacious.

We had pizzas delivered for a team lunch and all were very happy with the results. Easy online ordering and scheduling for future date.Delivery was right on time and non-intrusively set up the food in the back of the room.Pizzas and cheese bread were delicious!

Ordered their gluten free pizzas a to go… AMAZING! Ordered right through their website and we got free delivery. Each one had great flavor and none of us had to worry about feeling meh. Great experience and even better pizza! Dietary restrictions: Had amazing gluten free pizzas and a variety of options available!
