Out of supplies every time I try to stop by to get my favorite

I tried the impossible breakfast and it was delicious. I also had my favorite, White Chocolate Mocha with a pump of Toffee Nut. It was soooo good.

Completely inconsistent on making the exact same drink we have ordered many times. Today it was not drinkable, it was awful. We went back inside, let them know it was made incorrectly, was not good to see if they would try again. We waited 22 minutes to get the 1st order even though we ordered through the SB App. A total of 38 minutes later, with no apologies, the remade drinks are tasteless while the 1st were bitter. Also you'd think a drink that's supposed to have ice would actually have ice in it right??

Messed up my entire order… gave me the wrong sandwich and a hot instead of iced macchiato. The girl offered to remake it though, I just didn’t have time. She was nice, so that’s why I’m not giving 1 star. Didn’t notice the sandwich until I was in the car, or I would have probably asked for a replacement since i was given something that costs two dollars less than what I paid for.

The staff is super helpful all the time period it is very convenient that it is inside a Harris Teeter however the staff is super amazing here is to burn amazing here.
