Bidra med feedbackI have already been in the hotel, but I did not have the best review. The hotel was renovated in 2008. The dinner was very delicious and the minibar was also filled with : I would like to thank you for the staff, because they are lovely, patient and everything is available. The room was clean and organized, of course, it should be repaired. The hotel offers a perfect accommodation for everyone.
Not a real 4-star hotel. Rooms are not cleaned daily and cleanliness is mediocre anyway with some mold in the bathroom and ants in the room. Beds are really bad and worn out. Breakfast and dinner are both very basic. Wifi sometimes doesn't work. The indoor pool is appreciated, a nice feature, but rain falls through the glass ceiling. Really bad value overall as the price range does not reflect the shortcomings.
The room was well equipped and was very large. The restaurant was very good, I would like to thank you for your help. The hotel offers a car park and a lift for general needs and a business centre and a conference room for corporate travelers. The other members of the staff were very udvarias. I think that this answer wasn’t worthy of a 4-star hotel, named as a wellness hotel.
Dinner weak (half hour before the end of the dinner time there were only few meals and even cold), no english translate of meals, dirty tables, (they did not changed tableclothes like in real 4 star hotel), dirty plates, breakfast missing cups, no english knowledges of waiters, hot inside (aircodition always disabled, I dont know why), in the rooms the aircondition very weak (almost unnoticable), only hungary channels in TV, the bathroom in bad condition (old, but this would not be the worst, mold in gaps, moving toilet plate, broken shower bath). And at the end, during check in you have to find for receptionist. For two stars, OK, three stars with strong reservations, but DEFINITELY not a four stars, the could teach how four stars hotel looks from another hotel in the area.
A családommal 6 éjszakát maradtunk volna de a megérkezésnél is fentakadt a szemem milynek a körülmények. Mint egy rossz,lerugodt kollégium a 80 as évekből. Maradtunk 2 órát és autóba vissza. Vezettem potyára 700 km ert. A csillagokat nem tudom,talán az égről szedték de fogalmuk nincs arról mit kellene nyújtani ezért. Személyzet aranyos volt ,bár próbált úgy csinálni mintha nem tudná mi a gond. Nnna őket sajnálom. Ez így maximális átverés és túlárazás. Nem Zsóry hanem Csóri hotel.
