Red Lobster - Syracuse

I went online to place an order but it said the location was closed. There were no details provided such as why or, more importantly, when or if it would reopen. It's very unfortunate considering how far away the “Liverpool” location is…

Used to like it but now permanently closed. Another restaurant casualty of Syracuse.

Tasted like red lobster’s average. Bad service 1/8/23 Pre ordered (online), called to confirm what time I would be coming in, they confirmed the time over the phone email I had a receipt as it was prepaid. Arrived said they didn’t know when “exactly” I’d be in. Served it 18 minutes late. The server said they pre made it it would take a while to reheat it.

We went to the Erie Blvd location.We wanted to have a nice dinner with my inlaws for new years eve the service was horrible. Our drinks were not rite we ordered our appetizer never got it.We ordered soup because we were told the salad was sold out by the server and Amy that said she was manager said it went bad so we were told two different things about the salad. The soup was cold we sent it back was told they were heating it up 15 mins went by still didn't get the soup our dinners came out … – show
