I was disappointed with the lack of proper training on gluten-free options at this restaurant. Despite their claim to offer gluten-free items, the staff at this location did not properly prevent cross-contamination. I witnessed an employee handling regular bread and then touching each meat without using any protective covering, exposing the meats to gluten. Additionally, they placed regular bread on the same griddle top used to brown customers' bread, making it impossible for anyone to enjoy a warm gluten-free sandwich. When I informed the employee that I couldn't order due to these issues, they appeared upset with me for some reason. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience here.

The man with ginger hair wearing a white t-shirt provided outstanding service and made sure my Uber Eats order was completed promptly.

The restaurant offers excellent service with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and serves dishes made with top-notch ingredients.

Staff was awesome! Busy and efficient! Great attitudes! Very clean location also! Great team and location!

Not so clean, poor customer service, two girls working there seemed to be in conflict.This is our second and last visit to this chain, two different stores but basically the same experience.
