Staff is the best! So friendly and really nice : . I have a serious dependence on their coffee, every taste is very pronounced and tastes exactly as it is described on the bag. I'm shopping there a week and never got disappointed.

This is the best espresso I've ever had in Syracuse. I'm originally from Watertown, but I live now in New York City and this coffee compete with all my favorite stores in NYC. I keep getting mochas and that was one of my favorites. I recommend this shop for every espresso lover! A!

Finger Lakes Coffee at the mall always gives me the best service. All the girls who work there are absolutely amazing. You are always very friendly and incredibly bubbly when I go (which is common) I've never had a single problem. Even if they are busy, they always smile very quickly to get you your drink of choice! They stole my business from other coffee bars in the mall when I first came in! If you ever have a chance, I recommend it HIGHLY. Amazing staff, amazing coffee, total amazing experience every time!

I visited yesterday for the first time. The customer service I received at the shop was outstanding. I bought a 1/2 lb. bag of the Tiramisu Flavor and although I have yet to taste it the smell is absolutely amazing. I can't wait to go brew me a pot. Thank you
