Messed up my order. Donuts don't have any frosting on them. Lady was rude the whole time. When I said they messed up my order they were very rude about it Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Are usually have a good experience at this Dunkin, but this morning was exceptional, I didn’t get a chance to catch his name, but there is a tall, long-haired bearded individual who I would like to personally thank for his expertise and customer service and product knowledge when it came to all of my questions About the establishment and the products. I regret not catching his name, but I truly appreciate this individual and would like them to be recognized for the hard work and dedication to the company. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! I went there and their doors were locked so I couldn?t even get my order. When I did get my order, it wasn?t even right and they missed out on my donuts. They claimed they had none and tried to tell me to havea good night without a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. The muffins I got were RAW! Don?t ever go here.

Had to walk out, stood in line for 10 minutes and no one was working the register. I am assuming they were catering to the drive thru but that did not seem to be moving quickly either. I guess inside people don't matter? They had at leat 4 peoplethat I saw.

Turns out the hot Americano isn’t actually hot and the food is some of the worst I’ve had from Dunkin
