Subway - Sylvania

This subway has the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with, none of the workers are friendly it’s not a friendly atmosphere when you walk in no one greets you when asking for your order their tone is so dry and nothing warm about it. If working in customer service is the job that someone chooses then customer service is what should be given each time someone walks through the door.

Online order. Ordered the Italian BMT Salad with Monterey Cheddar, Lettuce, Spinach, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Green Peppers, Pickles, Banana Peppers, MVP Parmesan Vinaigrette, Salt, Parmesan Cheese. It was perfect! Perfect ratio of ingredients. Could not have been better. Enjoyed very much. Was ready when promised. The ladies working today were awesome and hopefully they will get a nice Christmas bonus from the owner!

I was charged for Avacado on a sandwich that had avocado. I was given maybe a half tsp full and asked for more. Young lady got mad and said her boss is going to charge me more. Of course the young girl did charge me extra. Turkey Cali Sub.

Subway is a good place to get excellent food.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking!

Workers were not friendly. Manager was friendly. Workers were throwing the food back in the trays. Flat bread was hard.
