Longhorn Steakhouse - Sylvania Twp

I have always had good experiences at this restaurant, but on June 10, 2024, my mother and I decided to go back. The appetizer was good, the soup was good, but then my steak arrived. I had ordered a t-bone steak cooked medium well (with a pink center), but it turned out to be the toughest, driest steak I had ever had. I informed the waitress, who was very sweet, and requested a different steak (ribeye cooked medium well). Unfortunately, the second steak was also dry. I decided not to send it back and instead took it home for my dog. The consistency in the preparation of the steaks by the different shift cooks needs improvement.

For a vegan who does not eat animal products, there are not many options available on the menu.
