Tim Hortons - Sylvan

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered three strawberry frozen lemonades and a black iced coffee. When I arrived at the window, I hadn't even paid yet...

I placed an online order and went to the store, but they did not give me my food. It was a waste of $20 and the service was rude. I do not recommend going here as it is a waste of time and money.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The service was unfriendly, the food was cold and the order was wrong. It was just as bad as my experience four years ago.

We are regularly at this place, the morning crew is my favorite. there is a super friendly lady who works the drive through the window that has been there for years, she is always so excited. the line is in the regular long, but the staff works hard to get the commands and move it. this business is also a huge community supporter, they donate many groups in the city, most of which support our youth. thanks - tim hortons, that you're doing my better tomorrow!

It is always consistent here. loves her coffee! I find the service, sometimes slow, no one seemed to be in a hurry to serve them on the switch. If you have time, it's okay.
