Mcdonald's - Sylvan Lake

Tina, the manager, about 2:45 o'clock, and my sister had two separate commands, so my sister went in and tina refused to take my sister order, her apology was that she was busy at the moment. then I ordered a big mocha wrap and she gave it to me, but with carmel up and was really ignored when I said I was allergic. she made it new, but it was thrown in another cup and scrape the carmel and reused. my drink still had carmel craps, but I just ran away at this time because I didn't want to handle their attitude. but would you never catch me treating my employees like these or customers, wow only wow? and yes her name was tina, that was in keego harbour.

The French fries were old and extremely salty. The burger was bland and overall disgusting. The only positive was that the staff was friendly.

They don't give you any refill. I had to buy a second drink on the way out. I've never heard of doing this at an almost food place in 30 years. I'll never be back.

I tried to order a big mac sub 1 4 patties without lettuce and the author could not find out. try to sell me double 1 4 cost for the big mac. finally gave up and told her the standard big mac no lettuce. my big mac had salat about it. basic training. I get this sandwich at 3 other mcdonalds without problems.

I could hardly tell if they were open, it seemed like they were deliberately trying to deter customers. They served me cold, extra greasy, barely cooked fries. This is not something I would normally expect from a restaurant in this location.
