Bidra med feedbackThis place is my second home, while I have been studying at the westkarolina university in the last four years. I have seen that this place grow from the two owners, the cecelia to a full personal of cool, creative and friendly people. as a regular customer all these years, I have become close friends with the owners and employees and know everything they serve is top notch and from the best places. the shop always felt warm and welcoming and bursting with creativity and innovation. when they get a chance to go, they try the avocado smash with a fried egg, the brass monkeys or a simple icey latte. can not be enough about the place rave. so a Jewel in sylva.
Dropped in last night for the first time. Service was personal and conversational. Drinks were made well. Will definitely return to try some of the food! Good times
Absolutely loved this place. The owner is incredibly kind and easy to talk to. Cocktails are delicious. If you?re looking for a quiet, hole in the wall bar this is definitely the place for you.
So glad we came across this place... employees and vibe are awesome, as well as cocktails....the garden cup and golden milk were probably 2 of the best cocktails I have had this year
While there are not many Cocktail Bars in Sylva, you can easily make a run on both in a night. However, it was Dark Moon that I found a place to genuinely relax. The party scene is far behind me, and now I look for a place to relax, enjoy a great drink and the casual conversation around me. Don, who was tending the bar that night, is a highly knowledgeable person who not only knows the basic drinks but also knows how to modify those standards to whole new heights. Aging Negroni in cask was truly a delight to my palette. Not to mention showing me that many of my drink prejudices were due to poor craftsmanship. Clearly not afraid to experiment, even coming up with a savory Pepperoncini cocktail on the spot! Hands down, if you are looking for a place to relax with a few friends and enjoy some excellent craftsmanship, visit Dark Moon!
