Blums Bistro - Sylt

Condensing staff, no ambience, whatever and well-tasting food is best. Greentipped shells from New Zealand, scampi from some tropical waters and a humpstone from... (US or Canada likely). No place to recommend to everyone. Stay away!

It is about food, environment and service. The fish was okay, but not great: my wife had four scampi and I had crab meat with eggs. You can't do anything wrong here. ambiente: This feels like sitting in a fish store without an environmental or...cool environment service: you should better control yourself. The girls and boys behind the counter are boring!

Oh, my God! Blum used to be very good. But after a visit today it seems that the wheels have fallen out of the car. If you see the waiter literally a part of the sauce on the plate, you get a bad feeling, and unfortunately... the taste fits the picture. The fish fillet cellar of my friend looked like he was dropped and thrown back on the plate. My grill plate didn't look much better, and it tasted much worse! Blum was at Bosch. Apparently they abandoned the fight. Deity!

Eating was top, service super nice even gave a white wine once so gifted!

Very good price-performance ratio. besides fishing with street selling for fishing reels etc. there is a restaurant with flower where they can sit comfortably in the pedestrian zone both inside and outside. as in all bluish areros is also here self-service: they are looking for his dish on the map or the daily tables, on the labeled order desk (here there was also a large drink selection), then gets a cash note, pays on the cash box, gets a puck (the drinks take directly with), the bruises as soon as the food is ready and then eat with the tablet. Sounds like kantine, but eating is great and is served on porcelain. when the tablet is placed next to the kantine impression. in the seafood bistro in the inner city, the flair is the most beautiful / cozy and most local. the service was very friendly, professional and fast. quality and taste again very good (only the sweet slightly cooked). everything also very clean and well maintained (also the toilets).
