Pizza Hut Express - Sylacauga

Spent $40 on a order that wasn't ours and didn't receive anything we ordered. Which is no big deal, but was then told they don't give refunds for anything even if you don't receive it, they just give you in-store credit for the next time you visit. I normally don't leave bad reviews on a business, but this trip was terrible and something needs to be said.

This is the best Pizza Hut I have ever ate at! I have now eaten here twice since they newly opened and both times were amazing! The staff is quiet awesome too. The manager is perfect in this position and very friendly! Highly recommend if you love pizza and want great food and service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

We ate there today for lunch , the food was awesome and the assistant manager was a wobderful pleasant person. Highly recommend our pizza hut.

The pizza was good. I order a thin crispy bacon and cheese pizza. My only complaint would be there was no sauce on the pizza except on the crispy crust edge. I like my sauce to be on the whole pizza.

I will never order from here again they only fix since people order the customer service is horrible and when call to order the person who takes your orders act like they don?t know the price of nothing . Ordering from this place was a waste of my time
