Pizza Boli's - Sykesville

As an entrepreneur, the customer feedback should be welcomed and acted upon. It is very regrettable that I have to leave this review, but you have to talk. The lack of communication with this store for any type of update to an order or if the order has to be repaired is very annoying. My family will always give a business several chances to fix problems, but enough is enough. As a customer/consumer, we have all the rights to go elsewhere where our dollar continues..and go forward, we will do exactly that. With the current economic situation in this country we cannot be treated as our dollar means nothing. If an order is wrong, please understand that if a customer gives you this feedback, please confirm it and try to fix the problem, not only one setting or make the customer feel that they are wrong when you are DEINE SPENDING THEIR MONEY IN YOUR BUSINESS.

I've always been a fan of Bolis. Not this place. The sauce tastes different and the pizza was half raw. Cheesestakes were tasteless. Very unhappy because I don't know any other pizza than Bolis.

Simply ordered and the website said it would take 40 minutes?? it took 17 minutes!!! Mad compliments to the cook of our pizzas and steak and cheese sub! Tons of toppings, tons of meat?.ugh?.100%? Job well done!!!????????

I just got pizza from here yesterday for national Pi day , I always, always get the crab pizza.... it?s my favorite, but I went to reheat some just now for lunch and bit into something hard on this one slice, I pulled it out of my mouth and it was some sort of plastic?? Sharp too, I have no idea where it would?ve came from and I?ve never had issues with this location before, but this was very upsetting, not sure I?ll be ordering from them anymore. Sad because I loved this location and always complimented them on their cleanliness every time I would go in to pick up my order.

So normally I love Boli's but this time y'all messed up. Real bad. American cheese on a white pizza? Come on. This is the first time I've thrown out a pizza because it was that terrible.
