Soiree - Sofitel Sydney

Checked out this afternoon, can’t speak highly enough of this place. Very central to everything, very comfortable rooms, gorgeous environment but the staff are what makes this place extra special. We had contact with the doorman, concierge, reception, housekeeping the bar restaurant staff and they couldn’t do enough to help the really made our stay. Will definitely be back and will be telling anyone and everyone this is the place to stay in Sydney city. They are a credit to the Sofitel brand. Thank you

We had an excellent stay. I’m not sure about some of The reviews. I don’t think we stayed at the same place as some of the bad reviews stated here by others. Sure the bathrooms could be updated. It took a long time for hot water to come through which wasted water but because it is summer very hot we did not need hot showers. If it was winter maybe different story. Strange that the toilet roll holder was so close to the foot. The bed was amazing had great night sleep after a busy days experience Sydney by foot. All staff from conceige, waiters, house keeping reception were absolutely amazing couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. Even though we did a last minute deal with wotif we were pleased we picked Sofitel Wentworth. The breakfast was amazing so many healthy choices the service fantastic. Even though there was no pool to cool off I was offered to use the pool at Sofitel Darling Harbour. Wasn’t sure how I would get there but the offer was appreciated. We loved the whole experience our adventures in Sydney. Relaxing in a Great Hotel after a full day exploring added to our great holiday. Thankyou Sofitel Wentworth.

Love this place very ‘old school charm’ . Parking , food, friendly and professional staff . For a funky modern great place to stay you can’t go past the newer brother in Darling Harbour .

A fantastic experience! We were celebrating a friends birthday and had a room with Club Sofitel access. Talk about value for money an upgrade to a Club room is well worth the extra charge. Staff were helpful and couldn't do enough to make your stay a memorable one. The rooms are a little on the small side but hey it's a classic old Sydney hotel full of character and charm. Looking forward to our return visit in a couple of weeks. Thanks to all who made our stay a memorable one.

Can’t wait to visit our favourite Getaway Hotel on the week end... The welcoming staff at the desk, the lovely beds and comfy pillows.
