This review is addressed to the owners of the restaurant. It seems that your staff is not adequately trained. It is unfair to have untrained employees, especially if English is not their first language. My order was not taken correctly initially, and even the supervisor struggled to fix the mistake. I ended up paying more than the advertised price for my meal. When I received my food, the burger was cold and the fillets were still tough. Please make sure to properly train your staff, as it is the responsibility of the employer. Improvement is needed.
I went to Oporto the other day to buy food and noticed that there were only 4 customers inside, but 20 cars were parked outside. Unfortunately, I couldn't find parking as it was full. Oporto should consider implementing a parking ticket machine, cameras, and a boom gate to regulate parking. They could also issue parking tickets with the purchase invoice from the counter. The food at Oporto is great, although slightly expensive. I am a regular customer at the Newtown location.
