Bidra med feedbackYesterday, the front window of my store broke unexpectedly, causing glass shards to scatter everywhere. Fortunately, the center management team was nearby and immediately sprang into action. They quickly called in cleaners to assist with cleaning up the mess both inside my store and in the surrounding area. The cleaners worked diligently to sweep, vacuum, and mop the store in an effort to remove all traces of glass. Additionally, they set up barricades around the broken window to ensure safety. The center management team continuously checked in on us and offered assistance throughout the ordeal. Unfortunately, another piece of glass fell later, prompting us to close for the day. When the glazier arrived, the cleaners were prepared to clean up once again. I am grateful for the prompt and efficient assistance from Craig and the center management team, as well as the security personnel who ensured everyone's safety. The cleaners did an excellent job in quickly tidying up the broken glass. Overall, this experience with the center management team was the best I have encountered in my time working in various shopping centers. Thank you to everyone involved for their support and help.
I want to extend my gratitude to Tevita, the security guard at Westfield Hurstville, who went above and beyond to organize and replace my missing Christmas gift card vouchers through the management at Westfield Miranda.
