Jacksons on George - Sydney

Jacksons is currently missable because of all the construction around it. Even then, we could easily locate Jacksons and spent a few hours there. <br/ <br/ we enjoyed the variety of drinks and spent most night enjoying the music and playing pool. Was great :

The food here is of a good quality, all 5 meals were top notch. The wine by the glass not so good. The bottle had been open way too long. Good pub grub at a good price.

I like Jacksons on George. I have been there a few times to have a pub meal by myself. I like to do that from time to time. <br/ <br/ A few staff members from merivale came in all dressed up after their recent Christmas party and were very friendly so I ended up having a drink with them and went to frankies afterwards. <br/ <br/ It's nice to meet new friendly people and this is a good place for that

Usual bar/pub style food.. I caught up with a friend for lunch and we both ordered the the beef burger with fries and this was a decent serve and to us it was too big and had to be eaten with a fork and knife. Popular with the work crowd and service was friendly enough, you order at the bar and the food comes when it's ready.

Had seafood here and it was all beautifully made. Reasonably priced and handy for meal around office area :
