Grill'd Galeries - Sydney

The service at this restaurant was absolutely awful. We stood at the door for a while before a staff member told us to find our own seat. We sat down in a booth and waited for someone to take our order, but no one came. When we asked the same staff member if anyone would be taking our order, he told us we had to order at the front and pick up a menu ourselves. We were not given any instructions upon arrival and found the staff member unfriendly. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

I was staying in the Hilton hotel close by and just wanted a casual dinner. I was directed to this mall by a hotel employee. There were lots of restaurants in this mall...Asian, etc. I decided on this place because you could order a beef or lamb burger with a choice of buns. I was offered a taste of a couple of wines before I made my choice. My little bistro table was cute and quiet. Service was quick and friendly. Burgers were great (ate there twice) and cooked per my order. Great and inexpensive meals.

I recently had the best burgers and service at Grill’d. The staff member who served me was extremely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was great with vibey music and a very clean store. The girl who cleared tables was also very sweet.

After sending the first burger return because cold, the second one arrived in a take away box? and also cold. Waste of money! There is no organisation, staff is running around with lost burgers.

Met up with friends for a quick dinner after the Cathedral evensong. There was a bit of a wait for our food and the restaurant was very noisy. However, once we were settled with our food at an outside table, we had a very nice meal. The zucchini chips were tasty, and the burger was exceptional. Wine choices were limited, but of good quality.
